At Wild at Heart, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to preserve the natural quality of our products.

Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
